(OTCBB:GNLK) announced today that it has filed a U.S. Patent Application through the Philadelphia office of the international law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, that relates to kits and methods to predict an individual's predisposition to develop cardiovascular disorders. The kits and methods disclosed in GeneLink's Cardiovascular Application involve assessment of carefully selected genetic polymorphisms that occur in all people. 

Information derived from GeneLink's Cardiovascular Assessment can be used by physicians to help predict an individual's predisposition to develop any of several cardiovascular disorders as well as help guide the recommendations of appropriate nutritional regimens, lifestyle changes, medical or pharmaceutical interventions.
