GENELINK CONCLUDES LICENSING & DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH MEDQUEST PHARMACY

(OTCBB:GNLK) announced today that it has completed its Licensing & Distribution Agreement with MedQuest Pharmacy of Midvale, Utah, to utilize GeneLink's genetic profiling technology for customization of nutritional supplements and skin-care products. MedQuest has placed its initial order for GeneLink's profiling assessment kits for August, 2002 delivery. Revenue will commence simultaneously. 

MedQuest Pharmacy will utilize GeneLink's patented DNA Collection Kit® and genetic profiling technologies to provide its physician network with an innovative line of personalized skin care and nutritional products.
