GENELINK ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH META PHARMACEUTICALS, LLC

Margate, NJ-(BUSINESS WIRE)-November 29, 2001 - GeneLink BioSciences, Inc. (OTC:BB), a Bioscience Company and The World's First Family Centered DNA Bank and Hereditary Genetic Information Service announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Meta Pharmaceutical Services, LLC, to provide database management services for GeneLink's genetic profiling and DNA banking services. Under the terms of the agreement, Meta Pharmaceutical will manage all database functions related to GeneLink's SNPs based Nutragenetic and Dermagenetic programs. Further details of the agreement were not disclosed.
